The book closure for the AGM will be from September 23, 2026, to September 29, 2026. A cut-off date of August 22, 2026, was set for sending AGM notices, and September 20, 2026, for remote e-voting. Maashitla Securities Private Limited was appointed as the e-voting agency. The Directors' Report for FY26, along with annexures, was approved.
