Riddhi Steel appoints G R Shah & Associates as Secretarial Auditor

Riddhi Steel and Tube Ltd has appointed M/s. G R Shah & Associates as its Secretarial Auditor with immediate effect, as per Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The appointment was made based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee for the financial year 2025-26. Mr. Gaurang Shah, the proprietor, has extensive experience in legal, compliance, and secretarial matters.
