Ridhi Synthetics Ltd Independent Director, Mr. Jash Dalia, Not Seeking Re-Appointment After First Term

Ridhi Synthetics Ltd took note of the intimation received from Mr. Jash Dalia, Independent Director, expressing his intention not to seek re-appointment for a second term upon completion of his first term at the close of business hours on 29th March, 2026. Mr. Dalia was appointed as an independent director of the Company at the 40th Annual general Meeting held on 16th July, 2021 for a term of five consecutive years with effect from 30th March, 2021 till 29th March, 2026.
