Riga Sugar Appoints Secretarial Auditor for 5 Years

Riga Sugar Company Ltd has approved the appointment of CS Shashi Shekhar of M/s Arora Shekhar and Company as the Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term starting April 1, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. The Board also approved the Unaudited Financial Results for Q1 FY27, showing total income of ₹2,935.25 crore. Additionally, the company approved the appointment of M/s Mahendra H. & Company as Internal Auditor for FY27, decided to convene the 42nd AGM on September 15, 2026, and approved shifting its registered office from West Bengal to Karnataka, along with setting up a corporate office in Bangalore.
