Risa International Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 13, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the first quarter and three months ended June 30, 2026. The meeting will also address other agenda items. Concurrently, the company has informed that the trading window for its shares will remain closed for directors, KMPs, designated employees, and connected persons until 48 hours after the financial results are made public, in compliance with SEBI regulations on insider trading.
