Rishab Special Yarns Ltd Declares Unaudited Q1 FY27 Results

Rishab Special Yarns Ltd (now Impera Worldwide Limited) announced its unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board of Directors approved these results in a meeting held on August 12, 2026. Additionally, the Board approved the appointment of M/s. Shravan A. Gupta & Associates as the Secretarial Auditor for a term of five years, commencing from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM. A limited review report was also enclosed with the financial results.
