Rishi Techtex Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on February 10, 2026, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. In accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed from January 01, 2026, to February 12, 2026.
