Rita Finance Trading Window Closed for Q1 FY27 Results

Rita Finance and Leasing Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives. This closure is in effect from July 1, 2026, and will remain so until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company will separately intimate the date of the board meeting convened to consider and approve these financial results. This measure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct.
