RITES Ltd Wins Tender for Supplying, Testing, and Commissioning of Diesel Multiple Units for Tanzania Railways Corporation

RITES Ltd, a Schedule ‘A’ Enterprise of the Government of India, has been declared the lowest bidder (L-1) in a tender floated by Tanzania Railways Corporation for Supply, testing and commissioning of 4 Diesel Multiple units for MGR. The estimated value of the bid is USD 2,67,40,000 plus VAT. The order is subject to award after the due process of scrutiny/ evaluation by the Tanzania Railways Corporation as per the requisite requirements mentioned in the tender documents. The time period for execution of the order is 547 days from the date of issuance of Letter of Award.
