The company will manage, administer, and carry on the business of running hotels, motels, holiday camps, guest houses, restaurants, canteens, caterers, bakers, cafes, taverns, pubs, bars, beer houses, refreshment rooms, and lodging or apartments. The expansion also includes the operation of health clubs, baths, dressing rooms, licensed victuallers, wine, beer and spirit merchants, exporters, importers of aerated, mineral and artificial waters and other drinks, purveyors, caterers for public amusements, coach, cab, carriage and motor car proprietors, livery, stable and garage keepers, job masters, farmers, dairy-men, ice merchants, importers and brokers of food live and dead stock colonial and foreign produce of all descriptions, hairdressers, perfumers, chemists, proprietor of clubs, baths, dressing rooms, laundries, reading, writing and newspaper rooms, libraries, grounds and places of amusement, recreation, sport, entertainment and instruction of all kinds, tobacco and cigar merchants, agents for railway and shipping companies, and carriers, theatrical and opera-box office proprietors and general agents, and any other business which can be conveniently carried on in connection therewith. The company also plans to promote and develop tourism and develop sports and other allied activities specially to cater to the taste of foreign nationals and act as business consultants and advisors for technical, engineering, marketing, financing and management assignments in relation to hospitality industry for tourists both for residents and foreign nationals.
