Hampton Sky Realty: Trading Window Closure Continues

Hampton Sky Realty Ltd. announced that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives. This closure will continue until 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, and dissemination of the same to the stock exchange. This is in reference to the earlier intimation regarding the board meeting scheduled for May 29, 2026, which was later cancelled. The date of the rescheduled board meeting for consideration and approval of the financial results will be intimated separately.
