RMC Switchgears Appoints Vikash Verma as Dy. CFO, Ojas Sethi as Head of Accounts

RMC Switchgears Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Vikash Verma as Deputy Chief Financial Officer (Dy. CFO) and Mr. Ojas Sethi as Head of Accounts & Finance. Both appointments are designated as Senior Management Personnel (SMP) and are effective from June 5, 2026. Mr. Verma, a Chartered Accountant with over 22 years of experience, was previously with South Asia LPG Company Pvt Ltd. Mr. Sethi, also a Chartered Accountant with over 14 years of experience, was formerly associated with Cent Bank Home Finance Ltd. These appointments were approved by the Board of Directors through a resolution passed by circulation.
