RMC Switchgears Changes Registrar and Share Transfer Agent

RMC Switchgears Ltd announced a change in its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA). The Board of Directors, via a resolution passed by circulation on October 1, 2026, approved the transition from MUFG Intime India Private Limited to Skyline Financial Services Private Limited. MUFG will continue to serve until the electronic connectivity is successfully transferred to Skyline and confirmed by both depositories. A tripartite agreement will be executed among the involved parties. The effective date of the change will be communicated later. The reason cited for the change is better alignment with the company's present requirements, following an evaluation of technical and financial parameters.
