This decision was approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on October 3rd, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. M/s. Patcha & Associates, led by Mr. Sriramulu Patcha, brings over 15 years of professional experience in various audit and financial advisory services.
