RO Jewels Closes Trading Window from Oct 1, 2026

RO Jewels Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window effective October 1, 2026. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct. The trading window will remain shut for the purpose of considering and approving the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. The window is set to reopen 48 hours after the declaration of these financial results. During this period, promoters, directors, key managerial personnel, designated persons, and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading in the company's securities. The date for the board meeting to approve the financial results will be communicated separately.
