Roadstar Infra Investment Trust (RIIT) announced that its Investment Manager, Roadstar Investment Managers Limited (RIML), will hold a Board of Directors meeting on Thursday, August 6, 2026. The meeting agenda includes the consideration and approval of the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the Limited Review Report from the statutory auditors. Additionally, the 'Trading Window' for designated persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the board meeting's outcome, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
