Roadstar Infra Investment Trust's subsidiary, Pune Sholapur Road Development Company Limited (PSRDCL), has received ₹473.72 Crore (net of TDS) from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). This payment is in accordance with the terms of a Settlement Agreement executed under the Vivad Se Vishwas-III scheme. The settlement pertains to disputes between PSRDCL and NHAI.
