Nine Alps Trust Acquires Stake in Robokidz Eduventures

Nine Alps Trust, through its Opportunity Fund, has acquired a significant stake in Robokidz Eduventures Limited via a public issue allotment in the Anchor Category during the company's IPO. The acquisition, effective September 25, 2026, resulted in Nine Alps Trust holding 9,15,435 shares, representing 8.43% of the total diluted share capital. Prior to this, the trust held 3,23,835 shares. The total equity share capital of Robokidz Eduventures has increased post-acquisition.
