Robust Hotels Ltd has announced that the trading window will remain closed from 01st April, 2026 till 48 hours from the declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026. This closure is in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct framed under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. All Designated Persons, their immediate relatives, and all other connected persons are advised not to deal in the securities of the Company during this period.
