Rodium Realty Board Approves FY26 Results & Auditor Re-appointments

Rodium Realty Limited's Board of Directors, at its meeting on May 28, 2026, approved the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. This includes the Independent Auditor's Report by M/s. M. M. Nissim & Co. LLP, Statement of Assets and Liabilities, and Statement of Cash Flow. The Board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Kaushal Doshi of M/s. Kaushal Doshi & Associates as Secretarial Auditor and M/s. K. K. Mankeshwar & Co. as Internal Auditors, both for the Financial Year 2026-27. The trading window for company shares will open from May 30, 2026.
