Rolcon Engineering Company Ltd Closes Trading Window for Designated Persons

Rolcon Engineering Company Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all designated persons, including promoters, directors, other connected persons, employees, and their immediate relatives. The closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's code of conduct. The trading window will remain closed from April 1, 2026, till 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and year ending on March 31, 2026. The date of the board meeting for the declaration of financial results will be intimated in due course.
