Rolex Rings Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026. This closure is in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the company's code of conduct. The trading window will remain closed from the opening hours of 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting for the declaration of Audited Financial Results.
