Roni Households Appoints Rajendra Kapase & Associates as Secretarial Auditor

Roni Households Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. Rajendra Kapase & Associates, Practicing Company Secretary, as the Secretarial Auditor for the Financial Year 2025-26. This decision was made during the Board of Directors meeting held on September 5, 2026. The meeting also approved the draft Directors' Report for FY 2025-26, scheduled the 9th Annual General Meeting for September 30, 2026, and approved the re-appointment of M/s. D G M S & Co. as Statutory Auditors for a second five-year term, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, remuneration for the Chairman and Managing Director was approved.
