Roni Households Board Approves AGM Notice, Auditor Re-appointment

Roni Households Ltd's Board of Directors met on September 5, 2026, approving the Draft Directors' Report for FY26 and the Notice for the 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 30, 2026. The board also approved the re-appointment of M/s. D G M S & Co. as Statutory Auditors for a second five-year term, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, the company approved the appointment of M/s. Rajendra Kapase & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for FY26 and the remuneration for Chairman and Managing Director, Mr. Harish Manohar Sirwani. NSDL was appointed as the Remote E-Voting Agency for the AGM.
