Roopshri Resorts Appoints KKMK & Associates as Internal Auditor

Roopshri Resorts Ltd has appointed M/s. KKMK & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as its Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27 & 2027-28, following the recommendation of the Audit Committee and approval by the Board of Directors on May 22, 2026. This appointment is to comply with Section 138 of the Companies Act 2013, and the term commences after the completion of the current term on March 31, 2026.
