Rose Merc Limited has announced its 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday, September 10, 2026, at 04:00 P.M. (IST). The meeting will be conducted virtually via Video Conferencing and Other Audio-visual Means (VC/ OAVM), in compliance with regulatory provisions. Members will have the facility to cast their votes electronically on all resolutions presented during the AGM.
