Rose Merc Ltd Appoints Niti Trivedi as Executive Director

Rose Merc Limited announced the appointment of Ms. Niti Trivedi (DIN: 07940098) as an Additional Director, designated as Executive Director, effective October 19, 2026. The appointment is for a term of five years, subject to shareholder approval.
