Roselabs Finance appoints Walker Chandiok as Statutory Auditor

Roselabs Finance Ltd. announced the appointment of M/s Walker Chandiok & Co., LLP as its new Statutory Auditor for a five-year term, effective from FY 2026-27, subject to shareholder approval at the 32nd Annual General Meeting. This follows the retirement of the previous auditors, M/s. MSKA & Associates LLP, after completing their second consecutive five-year term. Additionally, the Board approved the appointment of M/s Shravan A. Gupta & Associates as the Secretarial Auditor for the financial year 2026-27.
