Roselabs Finance Appoints Walker Chandiok as Statutory Auditor

Roselabs Finance Ltd's Board of Directors, at a meeting on April 16, 2026, approved the appointment of M/s. Walker Chandiok & Co., LLP as the new Statutory Auditors for a five-year term, effective from FY 2026-27. This appointment replaces M/s. MSKA & Associates LLP, who are completing their second consecutive term, and is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 32nd Annual General Meeting. Additionally, M/s Shravan A. Gupta & Associates were appointed as the Secretarial Auditors for the financial year 2026-27.
