Roselabs Finance Re-appoints Raghava Reddy Balineni as MD

Roselabs Finance Ltd has re-appointed Mr. Raghava Reddy Balineni as Managing Director for a further period of five years commencing from May 31, 2026. The re-appointment is based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and is subject to the approval of the Members of the Company. Mr. Balineni has been associated with the Lodha Group since 2020 and has over 31 years of experience in taxation and general management.
