Rossell Techsys Recommends Re-appointment of Two Independent Directors

Rossell Techsys Ltd's Board of Directors has recommended the re-appointment of Mr. Arvind Ghei and Mrs. Shobhana Joshi as Independent Directors. This decision, made upon the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Both directors will serve for an additional three-year term, commencing September 3, 2026, and concluding at the AGM in FY2029.
