Roto Pumps Ltd has re-appointed M/s. Kapoor Tandon & Co., Chartered Accountants, as their Internal Auditors for the financial year 2026-27. This decision was made during the Board of Directors meeting held on May 27, 2026, where the board also approved the standalone and consolidated audited financial results for Q4 and the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and recommended a final dividend of ₹ 0.19 per equity share (19%) for FY26.
