Rotographics Adds Registered Office Shift to AGM Agenda

Rotographics (India) Ltd has issued a further addendum to its Annual General Meeting (AGM) notice, originally dated July 10, 2026. The addendum, effective July 23, 2026, includes an additional special business item for the AGM scheduled for August 6, 2026. This new item proposes shifting the company's registered office within the state of Delhi, from Connaught Place to Ghazipur, subject to member and Regional Director approval. The AGM will be held via video conferencing.
