Route Mobile Appoints M S K A & Associates LLP as Statutory Auditors

Route Mobile Ltd announced the appointment of M S K A & Associates LLP as its new Statutory Auditors. This decision was approved by the shareholders at the 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 02, 2026. The new auditors will serve for an initial term of five years, concluding at the 27th AGM in 2031. The previous auditors, Walker Chandiok & Co. LLP, ceased to hold office upon completion of their two consecutive five-year terms. The appointment follows a recommendation from the Audit Committee and Board of Directors.
