Route Mobile Limited, a leading cloud communication platform service provider, has announced its financial results for the quarter ended on December 31, 2025, alongside a leadership transition. The company reported a revenue from operations of Rs. 1,107.06 crore and a PAT of Rs. 102.56 crore for Q3 FY26. The company's Profit Before Tax stands at Rs. 135.21 crore as against Rs. 106.95 crore in Q3FY25. The Board of Directors has re-designated Mr. Rajdipkumar Gupta as the Managing Director of the Company, effective February 9, 2026, upon his ceding the role of Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Tushar Agnihotri has been elevated to the role of Chief Executive Officer and KMP, effective February 9, 2026.
