Royal India Corporation Ltd Enters MoU with JSC ETC GET for Education, Training, Research, Innovation, Product Development, and Consulting Services

Royal India Corporation Ltd (RICL) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with JSC ETC GET, a subsidiary of Rosatom Service JSC, on December 22, 2025. The MoU focuses on education, training, research, innovation, product development, and consulting & providing services in nuclear, thermal, renewable energy, and utilities sector. The agreement has a term of 3 years and can be terminated in 60 days, with an option to expand the areas of cooperation, scope, and business objectives. The primary rationale behind this partnership is to establish unique utility management and operation training centers and provide consulting and related services, which will increase the efficiency, capacity utilization, and productivity of nuclear, thermal, and renewable energy utilities in India and overseas.
