Royal Orchid Hotels: FY26 Results, ₹2.5 Dividend Recommended

Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd's board approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026. The statutory auditors, Walker Chandiok & Co LLP, expressed modified opinions on the audited financial statements. A final dividend of ₹2.5 per equity share was recommended, subject to shareholder approval. Ms. Padmini V. Krupanidhi was appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective May 25, 2026. Certain shareholders of Ksheer Sagar Developers Private Limited (‘KSDPL’), an associate of the Company, had filed a petition before the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (‘NCLT’) under Sections 241 and 242 of the Act with respect to certain allegations against the Company.
