Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd. (ROHL) has announced the signing of a new upscale hotel in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, marking another significant step in ROHL’s expansion across emerging business and leisure destinations in Central India. The hotel, named 'Regenta Gwalior', will operate under a Management Agreement, reinforcing the group’s asset-light growth strategy. The property is designed to serve the growing demand from business travelers, transit guests, and tourists exploring Gwalior’s rich cultural and historical landscape. The hotel will open in two phases, with the first phase featuring 71 well-appointed rooms and multiple banquet venues. The second phase will introduce an additional 30 rooms, increasing the property’s overall inventory.
