Royal Sense Ltd. Alters MOA to Expand Business Operations

Royal Sense Ltd. has altered its Memorandum of Association (MOA) to expand its business operations. The company, through a special resolution in the Annual General Meeting, approved the amendment to the MOA. The revised MOA allows the company to deal in various types of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), medical impregnated wadding, gauze, bandages, dressings, surgical gut string, and other relevant items. The company can also purchase, acquire, and take over the business of M/s. Royal Traders, PHT & Anaya. The alteration in the MOA will be available on the company's website.
