Royal Sense Ltd Announces Trading Window Closure Until After Half Year and Financial Year Audited Results

Royal Sense Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for insiders, designated persons, and their immediate relatives. The closure will be effective from Wednesday, 01st April, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of the audited standalone financial results for the half year and financial year ending on March 31, 2026. This decision is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Company's Policy on Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring & Reporting of Trades and Prevention of Insider Trading. The date of the board meeting to consider the audited financial results will be intimated separately.
