Royale Manor Hotels to hold 35th AGM on Sep 28 via VC

Royale Manor Hotels and Industries Ltd. announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on September 1, 2026, approved the Director's Report and Secretarial Audit Report for the year ended March 31, 2026. The Board also approved the convening of the 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 28, 2026, at 03:30 p.m. IST, to be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC). The draft notice of the AGM was also approved. Additionally, Mrs. Rupal Patel, Practicing Company Secretary, was appointed as the Scrutinizer for remote e-voting and voting at the AGM, and also as the Secretarial Auditor for the year ended March 31, 2026.
