RPG Life Sciences Sets July 9 Record Date for FY26 Dividend

RPG Life Sciences Ltd has announced Thursday, July 9, 2026, as the record date to determine eligible shareholders for a final dividend of ₹24 per equity share (300%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This dividend, recommended by the Board of Directors on April 29, 2026, is subject to shareholder approval at the Nineteenth Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for July 23, 2026. The AGM will be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). If approved, the dividend will be paid within 30 days of the AGM to shareholders registered as of the record date.
