RPP Infra Projects Appoints New Director, CEO

RPP Infra Projects Ltd announced key management changes following a Board of Directors meeting on April 20, 2026. Mr. K Jagannathan was appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a two-year term, subject to shareholder approval. The board also accepted the resignation of Mr. Venkatesan Elliah Naidu as Independent Director, effective March 2, 2026.
