RPP Infra Projects: Director Appointment & Resignation

RPP Infra Projects Limited announced changes in its Directorate following a Board meeting on April 20, 2026. Mr. K Jagannathan has been appointed as an Additional Director, designated as Non-Executive Independent Director, for a two-year term, subject to shareholder approval. Concurrently, Mr. Venkatesan Elliah Naidu has resigned from his position as Independent Director, effective March 2, 2026. Following his resignation as an Independent Director, Mr. Naidu has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer for a period of one year. The Board also noted the reconstitution of various committees due to these changes.
