RPP Infra Projects Ltd Wins New Orders Worth Rs. 38.32 Crores

RPP Infra Projects Ltd has announced that it has received a new work order from Sipcot for the formation of balance internal roads including construction of RCC side drain & culverts and providing street lights at Mega Leather Park Panapakkam in Ranipet District, Tamilnadu. The contract value is Rs. 38.32 Crores (Inc GST). The project involves the construction of internal roads, side drains, culverts, and the provision of street lights. The company will have to produce a non-judicial stamp paper for a value of Rs.100/- for preparing the agreement within 10 days from the receipt of this work order. The security deposit amount of Rs.56,78,000/- is to be remitted for the due fulfillment of this contract in the shape of Demand Draft / Irrevocable Bank Guarantee with validity for contract period + one year. The period of completion of work is 11 Months from the date of handing over of the site. The payment for the work done will be made only after execution of the agreement and satisfactory completion of work.
