R P P Infra Projects Ltd has announced the rescheduling of its 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM). Originally slated for September 16, 2026, the AGM will now be held on Friday, September 25, 2026. The meeting will continue to be conducted through Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means (VC/OAVM). This change is due to unavoidable administrative and scheduling considerations, approved by the Board of Directors via Circular Resolution. All other details concerning the AGM, including the agenda items, remain unchanged.
