RR Financial Consultants' Subsidiary, RR Insurance Brokers, to Convert from Private to Unlisted Public Limited Company

RR Financial Consultants Ltd. has announced that its subsidiary, RR Insurance Brokers Private Limited, will convert from a Private Limited Company to an Unlisted Public Limited Company. The decision was approved at a Board of Directors meeting held on 9th March 2026. The conversion is subject to necessary approvals from shareholders and regulatory filings with the Registrar of Companies. The name of the subsidiary will be changed to RR INSURANCE BROKERS LIMITED upon completion of the process. The shareholding pattern of the subsidiary will remain unchanged, and it will continue to be an unlisted subsidiary of RR Financial Consultants Limited.
