RR MetalMakers: Open Offer Price Revised to ₹36.83 from ₹23.85

Vivro Financial Services Pvt Ltd, the Manager to the Offer, has submitted a corrigendum to the Public Announcement, Detailed Public Statement, and Draft Letter of Offer for RR MetalMakers India Ltd. The Open Offer price has been revised upwards to ₹36.83 per equity share from the earlier ₹23.85. This revision includes a compensatory interest of ₹12.98 per equity share, calculated based on historical acquisition prices and SEBI (SAST) Regulations. The total consideration payable by the acquirers will increase accordingly, and they are in the process of increasing the Escrow Account balance. The underlying transaction remains unchanged.
