RR Securities Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window for FY 2025-26

RR Securities Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all directors, promoters, KMP, and others associated with their immediate relatives for trading in shares of the company. The closure is due to the end of the financial year 2025-26, which ends on 31/12/2025. The decision is in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by designated persons and their immediate relatives, as well as the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations) 2015, as amended. A separate email has been sent to every Director, Promoter, KMP, Statutory Auditor, Internal Auditor, Secretarial Auditor, and records of such mail have been maintained as per SEBI (PIT) Regulations (As amended).
