RR Securities Ltd. Closes Trading Window for Insiders for F.Y. 2025-26

RR Securities Ltd. has announced the closure of the trading window for promoters, directors, KMP, their relatives, and other interested insiders associated with the company for trading in the company's shares. The closure is in accordance with the company's Code of Conduct and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations) 2015. The trading window will remain closed from Wednesday, 1st April 2026, till the end of 48 hours after the announcement/declaration of Audited/Un-Audited financial results for the quarter and year ending on 31st March 2026. A separate email has been sent to every director, promoter, KMP, statutory auditors, internal auditors, and secretarial auditors about the closure of the trading window.
